Returns

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.

Final sale (not returnable): all intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, handbags, and keychains. All discounted items are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will email you an electronic gift card. You are responsible for return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

1. Pack the item(s) into a box or bag of your choice.
2. Include your original invoice, a copy of it, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. (For a gift, include the full name and email for the e-gift card.)
3. List the items you are returning on the form, and ship with the carrier of your choice to our returns address:

Return Processing

Once we receive your return, we process it within 5–7 business days. Your refund is credited to the original payment method; if unavailable, an electronic gift card is issued. Returns received after the 30-day limit are refunded as an electronic gift card. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days. We'll email you (at the address used on your order) when your refund is processed.
